More leaves are falling and the weather continues to drop, which means more opportunities for my fall clothes! I've recently been scouring stores looking for cute fall clothes to prepare for the season and now there are plenty of great times to wear them.

Yay for chambray! Chambray button downs are classic. I've been looking for clothes that are a bit more simple so that I can pair them with other colors and patterns and a chambray button down definitely fits those requirements. I can sense many opportunities to wear this again this season. I picked up this button down from Old Navy, but you can find them all over the place, like in J. Crew or Madewell.
Paired with the button down, I opted for leggings. I felt that jeans wouldn't match too well with a chambray shirt, that's a bit too much of one material, since the two materials are pretty similar. The leggings also make this outfit super comfortable. Beauty isn't always pain!

I had never been a scarf person before, but I've recently been finding myself loving them more and more! They're super easy to dress up an outfit and match well with almost anything, not to mention they have a gorgeous fall style to them!

Matching socks with the scarf? Yes please! I always like to wear knee high socks when I'm wearing my boots, because they're really comfortable. Plus, I love to have a little pop of color at the top of my boots, so I usually have the top of my socks peeking out of my boots.
Last year, I didn't wear my riding boots all that often because I got them in the middle of the fall to winter transition period and didn't have a ton of opportunities to wear them, I have been wearing these boots all the time this season, probably more than I should, but I just love the way that they make everything have more of an autumnal look. In addition to that, I usually feel confident when I wear them and it's important to remember that confidence is key.

Interested to know where I got everything?

Shirt: Old Navy // Scarf: Kohl's // Leggings: Aerie
Socks: Forever 21 // Boots: Enzo Angiolini (Nordstrom)

Since some of the things that I wore are not from this season but from fall last year, I've linked what I wore along with similar things if I couldn't find the exact product. Happy shopping!
