This weekend has been filled with lots of festivities, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and today is Cyber Monday! It has really given me a little taste of the holiday season, since I still can't seem to register in my mind that it's already almost the end of the year. But honestly, how is the long weekend already over? It felt like it flew by within a blink of an eye and now we're shaken out of the holiday cheer and thrown into the cold reality of Mondays. Although the weekend may be over, I've selected this week's best of the internet to pull you out of that Monday sadness. Let's make this week great.

One // Dear Non-Blogger: Why Being a Blogger Isn't Always As it Seems

I found that this post is super similar to my post about What It's Actually Like Being a Blogger and loved it. Written by Hayley (Frock Me I'm Famous), it highlights the insecurities of bloggers and how they're not as perfect as you think they are. It's important to know that things aren't always as they seem and everyone has their good and bad days.

Two // What You Think Bloggers Do vs. What We Really Do

Similar to the previously mentioned post and also from Frock Me I'm Famous, this post also covers the reality of blogging and its common misconceptions. Blogging requires a lot more work than it seems and others often don't realize that.

Three // How to Make the Most Out of High School

This guest post on Normally in Navy by Rebecca really caught my eye, and not just because we have the same name. She mentions some tips and advice for having a great high school experience and living it to the fullest.

Four // Five Tips to a More Confident You

You know what they say, confidence is key, but let's just be honest, it's not easy to be confident. However, it's not impossible to gain self-confidence. Arin Agase from the Glitter Guide gives five tips for becoming more confident that can be applied to your daily life.

Five // 12 Life Lessons I've Learned in 20 Years

Olivia (StylebyLiv) gives some great advice based on her personal experience throughout her 20 years of age, all of which are sooo useful! They include things such as ensuring your happiness and living your life to the fullest. I think that everyone can benefit from these lessons whether they have not yet discovered these life lessons or they just need a little reminder.

Six // Where to Find the Best Parisian Doors

Hello fellow door lovers! Ever seen those gorgeous Parisian doors on instagram? This post on History in High Heels includes a map to the prettiest doors in Paris. Forget geocaching, now it's possible to go on an adventure and scavenge for doors.
